I have never been to Azteca for brunch, but I can assure you that because Azteca is an authentic Mexican restaurant, it is perfectly acceptable to drink a margarita with brunch while you are there. Don't do it for me; do it for your country. Unless you are a recovering alcoholic. If you are a recovering alcoholic, you should avoid brunch all together because it is just an excuse for priviledged people to drink in the morning without feeling guilty. I can't afford brunch because I have kids. I miss brunch. Have a great time and enjoy your margaritas and buffet!

It's a good sign that the rat was alive and healthy. It's difficult to keep rats out of any property on the ground floor. (I'm not linked in any way to the restaurant. If you have serious concerns you should complain at the health authorities.)
